Maple+Ridge+Learning+Centre maple ridge daycare listing rating child care review

Had my child enrolled in infant program when they first started,seemed alright at first.Started noticing that staff members overly aggresive w/babies and very overwhelmed as more came into program(short staffed and unprepared) Not attentive to any special needs that may be required,ie:diet requirements,or nap routines,not unusual for child to go entire day not having eaten or napped.Then home in soaking wet or soiled diapers Manager overly controlling,moody,seems to forget the outragous amount being paid for sub par care,tries to dictate what when and how child will wear,when arrives etc,if not to her liking,will call ministry then police!Already have had visits from licensing re:numerous complaints and toddler ending up in Emerg due to staff negligence!No extras such as snacks other than toast sometimes fruit once per day in spite of stating would be included in outragous cost per mth,this facility had already been touted as awful then declared had new management/staff which is untrue..Horrible experience
